In my previous article, I looked at Charlie Kirk’s birth chart and the transits to it at the moment of the shooting. I now want to focus on the event chart for that moment in time.

At 12:20 pm in Orem, UT, the sign of Scorpio was rising and the point just above the eastern horizon was the apogee of the moon, which we astrologers call the Black Moon Lilith. In the past, there are points and objects in a chart which I collectively refer to as “pain points”. This is one of them.
The ruler of the first house, the traditional ruler of Scorpio, is Mars. Mars sits in the 11th house. This is what Grok has to say about that house:
In an astrology event chart, humanity as a collective is most commonly associated with the 11th House. This house governs groups, communities, society, and the collective consciousness. It represents shared ideals, humanitarian causes, and the broader interconnectedness of people.
As I mentioned in my prior article, Mars is detriment (wounded and vulnerable) in the sign of Libra. The way I view Mars in Libra, is as a warrior, who becomes so enchanted with the beauty of a woman, he lays down his weapons and his guard, thus rendering himself vulnerable to an attack.
Now look at all of those red lines. Each represents a disharmonious aspect and can be seen as people—individuals or in groups—and/or circumstances that are working against the protagonist. Mars was clearly ambushed that day.
In an event chart, the moon represents “the people”. This chart shows that (most of) the people around him were against him. Chiron shows that these people were in pain (hurting in some way)—wounded, sick, or brainwashed. In a sense, they, in that moment, blamed him for their pain and viewed an attack as justified.
Jupiter, in Cancer, represent a lot of people…and given that it is in the 8th house, it also represents a lot of money (resources).
In taking this in, I see that this was not only a planned assassination (link to the South Node), it was also a financed one. One man (Chiron) may have pulled the trigger, but that man was backed and supported by many.
Any time Pluto and Mars aspect, it represents a battle or an act of war between two entities, Pluto being the more powerful. That energy is explosive and highly destructive. Even if the aspect was harmonious, it would still be destructive, just, perhaps, less so.
The one and only harmonious aspect to Mars was Venus in Leo. To me, this (1) represents his wife, an enduring source of love and energy continually radiated toward him, but clearly so in this moment. Given that Venus is in the 9th house, it also symbolizes (2) his faith: his religious beliefs. The 9th house is also the house of higher learning, so (3) Venus in this position also symbolizes his wealth of information.
Venus, in this chart, strove to harmonize the opposition between Mars and the moon-Chiron conjunction. She was in support of his efforts to reach and connect “across the aisle”.
Getting back to Jupiter, notice it harmoniously connects to the sun and the lunar nodes. Jupiter is a multiplier. It makes bigger anything and everything it touches. The echos of this event will be heard for a long time after. The karmic impact is huge. It was planned (connection to the South Node) and will have great influence in the future. Its connection to the future (a trine) is greater than its connection to the past (a sextile).
The sun, in the 10th house, symbolizes government or leadership. This is very suspicious. To me, it looks like the financiers (Jupiter) were in cahoots with (some) in government or leadership, which, itself, is in opposition to what will come in the future.
The narrative, represented by Mercury, is aligned with the sun (government/leadership). The very next transit, which followed this chart, was Mercury joining the South Node. The early story(ies) coming out after this event are old (in some way). The conjunction between Saturn and Neptune are pulling toward the future (the North Node), but Saturn and Neptune are currently in conflict with each other (an out of sign opposition). This conflict between Saturn and Neptune will be resolved next February, when they exactly conjunct in Aries.
Because this event is so closely linked to the lunar eclipse that preceded it by two days, we must also look at the next eclipses coming. The first will occur on September 21st less than 1 degree (less than 1 day) before the beginning of Autumn. We won’t have to wait long to see what that event brings (if anything visible, which is not likely).
The eclipse (season) after that comes in February of next year: one on the 3rd and the other on the 17th. And get this: these eclipses closely coincide with Neptune’s ingress into Aries (Jan 26), Saturn’s ingress into Aries (Feb 13th) and the conjunction between the two (Feb 20th). I cannot overstate the significance of this.
My personal observation of what is happening since that moment is akin to watching the concentric and expanding rings of waves flowing away from the place where a large boulder was dropped into a glassy lake. The first wave is the largest of them, but there is not just the one. Those waves will travel to distant shores before bouncing back upon themselves and coming together again in the future. That future, is about 6 months from now.
This event was truly historic, and we have not seen the half of it yet.
