This is the chart for the moment the first earthquake hit Venezuela.
On Facebook, I had posted a chart from earlier in the day (my location), but didn’t interpret it. I merely pointed out all the multi-planet alignments within it. [You can look at that chart toward the end of this article.]
In this chart, the tension from earlier in the day is waning as the moon is moving out of the Fixed Grand Square it was a part of. It is still within orb, but releasing. Note that an earthquake event is a releasing of energy stored within a relatively fixed system.
The first thing that stands out is how Black Moon Lilith is precisely rising (had just risen). This is from AI regarding the meaning of Lilith in an event chart:

Some dark shadowy aspect rose into the daylight. It would be a stretch to say this simply shows the potential energy stored in the ground being released for all to see. I can’t help but suspect that something more sinister is at play here.
The ruler of the Ascendant is Jupiter in the 8th house of death and other people’s resources. We will surely discover that a lot of people died in this event.
Venezuela is rich in resources, but those resources have historically been in the control of others. Keep that in mind.
The other planet to represent the people of Venezuela in this chart is the moon. As I mentioned above, earlier in the day, the moon formed (and still does within orb) a Fixed Grand Cross with Jupiter (a large number of people in Venezuela), Chiron (the wounded healer), and Pluto (transformation via destruction). Remember that, in my opinion, Jupiter is a multiplier first, and an beneficent second. Thinking out loud, I wonder if the moon being square to Jupiter represents two sets of people within Venezuela who are in conflict or disharmony with each other.
Some time in the future, Venezuela and specifically this region will rise up from the destruction (and the political harassing control by others) to become something much, much better. How far in the future? Who knows. But this event will likely be likened to the 1906 Earthquake in San Francisco, which lead to much rebuilding and the creation of new neighborhoods.

Seasoned Astrologers can see how some of the tension from the morning’s chart has decreased by the evening’s chart. For those less familiar with Astrology, focus on the number lines coming off of the moon in both charts.
Jupiter is still applying (heading toward) its opposition with Pluto and square with Chiron, so there can easily be more events coming that result in similarly destructive outcomes.
