The other day, I received a message from spirit about Astrology:
Astrology is not just about space (alignment); it is also about time (synchronization). Two planets that align are related by their position, but two events that occur close together in time are just as significantly related via synchronization…even if they are unrelated by position.
This came through regarding the Aquarius new moon and the Venus station, which were not aligned, but occurred on adjacent days.
I have always been drawn to synchronicities in Astrology, and now I know why.
Another synchronicity I have noticed (and wrote about) is the retrograde periods of Venus, Mercury, and Mars. They line up (in time) quite nicely this year. In fact, right now, we are within the small window between Venus Station Direct and Mercury Station Retrograde.
Due to this timing, Venus is very nearly at its greatest elongation behind the sun, while Mercury is very near its greatest elongation in front of the sun. That means Venus rises so far ahead of the sun as to be easily seen in the pre-dawn hours while Mercury sets far enough after the sun to be seen in the evening.
Furthermore, Venus was just more than one degree from Pluto when it stationed, and Mercury will be just more than one degree from Neptune when it does. And neither conjunction actually occurs exact because the faster planet had or will turn around beforehand. That, to me, is a significant synchronicity.
Playing around some more, I found other interesting bits of synchronization and alignment.
On April 22nd/23rd, Mars will form a Grand Cross with Pluto, Uranus, and Jupiter. Mars, being the fastest of the four, is the timing agent. When I averaged out the three slower ones to get the best timing, I found that the moon will be an even better timing agent. On 4/22/2014 at 10:24 CDT, the moon will exactly trine Mars at 13o 42’ (Aquarius/Libra) and thus align with the entire Grand Cross. This, by the way, occurs within the two week period between the Lunar Eclipse on 4/14/2014 and the Solar Eclipse on 4/28/2014. [Notice the numbers: 14 and 28!]
So, let’s assume that 13o 42’ Aquarius is significant this year because of this. When did the sun pass through that point? On 2/2/2014. That’s three days ago and right in between the Venus station (1/31) and the Mercury station (2/6)!
Again, notice that the numbers 2, 4, and 8 dominate!
And what’s another significant date that matches these numbers? 2/14/2014, which is Valentine’s day of course, but also happens to be the Leo full moon this year! And look at the numbers for that event. The full moon occurs at 26o 13’ Aquarius/Leo and exactly aligns with Mars, which will be at 26o 17’ Libra. Mercury, Saturn, and the lunar nodes align within orb too.
The Grand Cross in April is a Cardinal Cross involving all four Cardinal signs: Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn. Aquarius, by my reckoning, is the significant observer of the event – based on both space and time, alignment and synchronicity.
Aquarius is the sign of human rights. It is the sign of aspirations and ideals. Even though the symbol is the water bearer, it is an air sign. Valentine’s day occurs in Aquarius because it is a celebration of a human ideal: romantic love. We aspire to this kind of love, even if we miss the mark repeatedly. The water bearer is thus the air of water—the idea of love!
Uranus is the modern ruler of Aquarius, and Uranus holds one of the four points of the cross. I think hidden inside of the Astrology of the first half of 2014 is all aspects Aquarius—and we are smack dab in the middle of that now!
I suggest looking at what’s going on in your mind and heart right now (meaning all of this time between the Aquarius new moon that happened on 1/30 and the Leo full moon on 2/14). What are you working on? What are you hoping for? What miracles are you seeking? If you aren’t reaching for miracles, I suggest you spend some time conjuring some up.
I’ve been sending out some strong wishes and wants of late…and with intention. The past few weeks have cracked open my heart…and it feels great! I want more of this giving and receiving of love. And I’m willing to follow the Universe’s lead.
Cardinal is the energy of the spark that creates the fire. Fire is a powerful tool when used properly. Light a match under your heart’s desires and watch what happens. Let’s get fired up!
