Three days ago—Monday at 10:38 am CDT—the earth directly aligned in between the sun and Pluto. Astrologically speaking, we say that the sun and Pluto formed an exact opposition. In six days, the same will occur with Mars and then Mercury. That’s three pluto oppositions in less than ten days!
These Pluto oppositions affect all of us. I bet they hit Greece’s charts in profound ways. An astrology reading I did yesterday was all about Pluto. I also realized that Pluto (in the sky) is exactly opposite my Progressed Mars..a long term transit for sure.
Pluto has been getting a lot of press lately…astronomically. Pluto also makes an appearance in my newly released novel: Scribe to the Pantheon of Rome. You’ll have to reach Chapter 7 to hear what he has to say.
Today, I got a close up look at what Pluto brings. One has to draw from disparate points in time to see the whole picture.
Four months ago, in a reading I did for myself, the Ace of Pentacles showed up in the challenge position. The supporting card I pulled was the Six of Swords. Together, they clearly indicated that I would need to move soon.
One week later, I was given notice by my landlord. He said I had three months to find a new place and move.
I am now pretty much settled into my new home. Just yesterday, the Ace of Pentacles showed back up in a reading, except this time it was in the asset position. All is good at home!
It has been less than one month since I vacated that house, which as of an hour ago, no longer exists. I watched as one room than the next was ripped from the structure. I saw blinds that I put up dangle. I saw a lightbulb that I changed hold on for dear life, then succumb. I saw the vanity I installed get torn to shreds.
When I first arrived, the brown walls of the living room were already gone. I could see right into the healing room, which I could only identify by the one blue wall that remained.
When that came down, I saw the master shower and the walk in closet…then the orangy walls of the master bedroom.
The last room to go was my office. It is ironic that I spent so much time working on my books in that room and only published the newest one after I left.
Pluto is a force. It feels as if he exerts his will on us. In reality, he is merely carrying out our bidding.
Signs can be seen everywhere…if you look for them.
Scribe to the Pantheon of Rome focuses on numbers/numerology. In the final days before I published it, the numbers started showing up everywhere. Today, my former neighbors took video of the demolition for me. The first video was 33 seconds long. The second was 11 seconds long. [I am going to share the first one on my Facebook page, since I can’t easily put a video here.]
In the past four weeks, I have received three signs via animals (birds specifically). It was only yesterday that I figured them out and realized they collectively convey a single message.
Razing a house may take mere minutes to transpire, but that’s only the surface of the manifestation. Much potential energy went into the event long before it was expressed.
Collecting a larger span of time paints an interesting picture. Right now, I sit in a living room that is six floors up. Five years ago, this exact location was in mid air.
As of this morning, the entirety of the space I occupied for 3-1/2 years is now in mid air. All of the material sits below and to the side as it continues to be crushed, separated, and sorted.
When I look (and touch) all of the material between these walls that I rent, it is fun to think of where they came from. This table I use as a desk came from San Diego. But I can’t tell you where the kitchen tile came from, the refrigerator, the wood in the cabinets, the flooring. I can almost see all of the material picked up from various places in the earth and pulled into place to form this apartment.
Some people interchange the words ‘metaphysical’ and ‘spiritual’, but to me, they are different subjects that overlap. In my books, you can see and feel the difference, if you’re paying attention.
Today, I am focused more on the metaphysical aspect of the change around me…namely how time and space and more meta then we think.
In case you question the term meta and what it really means, allow me an example. These days, you hear people talk of data and metadata. So what’s the difference?
- Metadata are things like: ‘city’, ‘state’, and ‘zip code’
- Corresponding data are: ‘Austin’, ‘Texas’, ‘78741’
Metadata describes data. Austin, when standing by itself, could be a city, but it could be a person. However, when you say: “the city of Austin” you use metadata to clarify and specify the data.
Time is metaphysical; it is a concept. Thursday July 9, 2015 at 10:21 am—a moment in time—is real to me as I write (it is the current time). However, by the time you read this, it will be metaphysical to you as it will no longer exist. It will no longer be real to anyone.
My previous home is now metaphysical. I have pictures of it. I have memories of it. But it no longer exists. You can’t walk through those rooms. You can’t cook in that kitchen.
When Pluto reigns, we find ourselves thinking in expanded ways. We ask, “What does it all mean?” and “Why am I doing this?” We can’t help but fall deeper into ourselves seeking answers.
And that is precisely the point. Drastic change in the physical that happens over a short period of time is the catalyst. It is our response that actually matters.
Take a moment to absorb what is actually happening around you. It’ll be a memory soon, but you’ll be happy you noticed it while it happened.
This last picture (which I added on 7/12) shows the property one day later:
Sure didn’t take long to clean up!
1 thought on “Razing a House”
My thought is that time is relative and muteable. Change is unmuteable and inherent in everything…there is no constancy in anything…only our illusion of it being so. In the astral and heavenly realms there is no time…it exists only in our world. Time merely marks the constant change that occurs whether we realize it or not. And so all things metaphysical as you point out are beyond time. In between those facts are true love faith and hope.
