Feeling Alignment

Alignment, if you haven’t noticed, is my new favorite subject of focus. The thing is, the pursuit of alignment can be confusing. What exactly is it? How best can one get there? You may find yourselves asking, “Am I there yet? What about now?”

Alignment is experiential. It is akin to an orgasm; if you’re in the middle of it, you know it! And when it’s over, you’re already planning and plotting to get back there again!

One exercise that is helpful is to not only notice your own alignment when you are there (and to milk it for all it’s worth), but to also look for alignment out in the world. To notice when others are in their own sweet spot and to see the results that come from their alignment.

This song (below) found me today. It is the product of 100% pure alignment. It is smack dab in the middle of my vortex too because not only are the words perfect, the music is exactly my favorite genre.

I know the music might not be your favorite, but do this: set aside 4 minutes of time—4 minutes where you have absolutely nothing else to do. Then sit and listen to the words and read them on the screen. They will apply to you in that moment if you let them.

Early this morning, Venus conjuncted Jupiter in Scorpio. I got up and got out early and only caught a fraction of a minute of the display, but it was a sight. Here’s a photo from the internet in case you were either thwarted by clouds or asleep:

This combination can facilitate a depth of feeling in response to beauty, which is exactly what I experienced today. I have teared up to that song a number of times already!
